Delete individual recording(s)

1. Go to the University of Waikato's Panopto server: https://waikato.au.panopto.com

2. Select Sign in using elearn then Select Sign in and use your standard Waikato username and password.

3. To delete recording(s), select them by clicking the small checkbox at the top left of the recording's preview image. A list of options will appear at the top of the screen. Select the Delete button.

4. Finally, select OK.

NOTE: a). You can select several recordings in the same folder and delete them all at once. b). You can also use the delete button as the figure below shows, but it only works a single recording.

Delete a Folder

1. Go to the University of Waikato's Panopto server: http://coursecast.its.waikato.ac.nz

2. Select Sign in using elearn then Select Sign in and Sign in with your standard Waikato username and password.

Use the Browse function to find the folder you wish to delete. Select the settings cog at the top right of the screen.

3. In the next dialogue box, select Manage in the menu on the left hand side, then Delete.

4. Finally, select OK.

Moodle and Panopto are unavailable every Thursday 7:00 am – 7:30 am.
