Students will examine and employ fundamental principles of Appreciative Inquiry and Action Inquiry to develop theoretical and practical understandings of their professional and leadership practice within their learning context. Students will critically examine the contextual and relational nature of educational leadership in their choice of learning organisation through processes of self-reflective inquiry. This paper seeks to enhance each student's ability to work within and across their community in terms of the development of individuals and the relationships that exist collectively.
