This performance-based course will focus on the development of instrumental technique and Jazz improvisation skills through the in-depth study of harmony, associated scales, rhythm, melodic devices and the analysis of transcribed solos on a set repertoire of tunes. This course includes group-based improvisation ensemble classes and 1:1 tuition from specialist tutors.
