Chemical and Process Engineering Subject regulations
The Chemical and Process Engineering programme covers the transformation of raw materials and energy into everyday products that society wants and needs. The products need to be made in a safe, sustainable, and cost-effective way. The programme covers the fundamentals and advanced aspects of chemical and process engineering, which includes the design and operation of the production processes. This programme provides an excellent foundation for a career across a wide range of sectors including the chemical, process, food, energy, water, and pharmaceutical industries. By studying chemical and biological engineering, you will learn a holistic approach to problem solving and gain essential skills for tackling global sustainability challenges in food, energy, water, and waste.
Chemical and Process Engineering is available as a specified programme for the Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (BE(Hons)).
To complete the specified programme in Chemical and Biological Process Engineering, students must complete the following programme.
