Disability and Inclusion Studies Subject regulations
This subject focuses on knowledge, understanding and skills in disability and inclusive practices in a variety of professional and community contexts.

PGCert(DInS) To complete the PGCert(DInS), students must take 60 points at 500 level. The two required papers are DINST521 and DINST522.

PGDip(DInS) To complete the PGDip(DInS), students must take 120 points at 500 level, including DINST521, DINST522, and at least a further 30 points from the Disability and Inclusion Studies subject. 30 points may be taken from another Postgraduate Diploma subject.

MDInS To complete the MDInS, students must take 180 points at 500 level including DINST521, DINST522 and one of EDUCA500, EDUCA557 or MAOED500, and one of a Directed Study equivalent to 30 points, a Dissertation equivalent to 60 points, or a Thesis equivalent to 90 or 120 points.
Students will normally be expected to focus their independent research on a topic related to Disability and Inclusion Studies.
Optional papers will be selected from the papers listed in the Disability and Inclusion Studies subject, or 30 points may be selected from outside the field of the degree.
